People looking for a psychologist or therapist rarely know which title they need. They search by what is wrong, by a method a friend mentioned, or simply for a therapist nearby, and they contact the practice that explains fit, fees and availability most clearly. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile and website that put your practice in front of adult and couples clients.

Why this matters
Many first-time clients start therapy with a search, often after putting it off for a while. What they find in that moment, a directory listing or your own practice, shapes who they contact.
Therapist directories rank well for therapist and psychologist searches, so many clients meet your practice through a third-party profile first. A website and Google Business Profile that rank on their own give you a direct route that you control.
Someone dealing with anxiety, a couple in conflict and an adult wondering about ADHD all type different words. A single services page cannot answer all of them, while a clear page per concern and per method, such as CBT, can.
Some clinicians have open hours while others carry a wait list. Marketing that knows who can take new clients sends enquiries to the right person instead of lengthening a list that is already full.
Adult and couples clients search in plain words, by problem, by method and by cost. Each search tells you what a page needs to answer.
How psychology marketing is different
A therapy practice earns trust before it books a session. The person reading your page is often anxious, unsure which professional they need and wary of opening up to a stranger. That changes the job: clear explanations of who you see and how you work matter more than slogans, and every claim has to meet the CPBAO standard and, for psychotherapists on your team, the CRPO standard. Review and testimonial tactics that other local businesses rely on are planned only where your College allows them. This page is about adult and couples work; practices that mostly see young people have their own page, because there the person searching is a parent.
What is included
One plan for how clients find you, what they read and what happens when they reach out, drawn from our local SEO, Google Business Profile, website, content and phone answering services.
A page for each concern you work with, such as anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship issues, and for methods like CBT or EFT, written in plain language and approved by you before it goes live.
Categories, services, hours, accessibility details and office photos kept accurate, so the profile can compete in the map results for psychologist and therapist searches.
Each clinician's training, the clients they see and the approaches they use, with the registration details you choose to show, so a client can pick the right person.
Location pages for the neighbourhoods and cities you serve in person, plus a clear page on how virtual sessions work at your practice.
A plain page on fees, receipts for extended health benefits and what happens at the first appointment, the questions that stop many people from booking.
Our AI phone assistant can answer intake calls when your office is closed, take details and pass them to your team, so a first-time caller is not left with voicemail.
Advertising rules
In Ontario, psychologists are regulated by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, and registered psychotherapists by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Both publish advertising standards, and a mixed practice has to meet each one for the clinicians it names.
We plan your marketing within those rules and check every page, profile and ad against them before it goes live. We do not paraphrase the standards for you; we link them, and when something is unclear we ask you before we publish.
We make no claims about client outcomes, and review or testimonial work only happens where your College allows it.
College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
“Registrants may advertise their practices, but the advertisements must be clearly identified as such;”
College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
“6.2.1 Registrants ensure their advertising is truthful, accurate, factual, and verifiable.”
Outside Ontario, your practice follows the advertising rules of its own provincial College, and we plan to those instead.
Why us
Clinicians want marketing they do not have to police. We keep it accurate, discreet and close to how you actually practise.
Kevin and Guido, the owners, supervise every psychology practice we market and check the plan, the pages and the monthly report. Today every client is assigned to one of them.
Your pages, profile and reporting are produced by us, not passed to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors who have never read a College standard.
We built our own systems, AI and non-AI, that follow the steps we would take by hand, only faster. Nothing they produce about your practice goes live until we have read it.
Website, local SEO, Google Business Profile and content sit in one plan, so you are not coordinating a web designer, an SEO contractor and a copywriter between client sessions.
You can leave with 30 days' notice. We would rather keep your practice through work you can see in the monthly report.
One monthly rate for the website, local SEO, profile and content work your practice needs. The pricing page lists everything included.

Six steps, starting with what your clients search for and what your College allows, and ending with a monthly report you can read between sessions.
We learn who you see, which clinicians have room, which concerns you want more of and which you refer out.
We check where you appear for psychologist, therapist and concern searches, and how much of that attention goes to directories instead of your own site.
We read the CPBAO and CRPO standards that apply to your team and agree with you how titles, credentials and any client feedback will be handled.
Google Business Profile, clinician pages, fees and first-session information, fast mobile pages and the technical basics.
Pages and articles for the concerns and approaches you choose, drafted by us, approved by you, then published.
Enquiries, calls, profile actions and rankings, reported every month with what we changed and what comes next.
Common questions
Yes. We plan the work within the CPBAO standard, and the CRPO standard for psychotherapists in your practice, and check every page before it goes live. When a claim, title or offer is unclear, we raise it with you rather than guess.
Directories can keep sending enquiries while your own site grows, so we do not ask you to drop them. The aim is that more clients find you directly, through your website and Google Business Profile, where you control the message.
Only where your College allows it. Many therapy practices choose not to ask at all, and we respect that; the plan can rely on clear pages, an accurate profile and good answers to common questions instead.
Not all at once. We start with the concerns and methods you most want to grow, such as anxiety, couples work or adult ADHD assessment, and add pages over time.
Our packages start at $1,497 CAD a month on a month-to-month agreement with 30 days' notice. If you run ads, the ad budget is paid directly to the platform.
