When a child is struggling, it is the parent who searches: after a teacher's note, a doctor's suggestion or a hard week at home. They compare who sees children of that age, what an assessment involves and how long the wait is. We make your practice the clear, calm answer to those questions.

Why this matters
Child and family practices are chosen by parents, usually with input from a school, a family doctor or a paediatrician. Marketing has to reach the parent and the people who refer them.
Your client may be six or sixteen, but the person reading your website is an adult making a careful decision for someone else. Pages should speak to that parent: ages served, what sessions look like and how parents take part.
Psychoeducational, ADHD and learning assessments are researched separately from therapy, with questions about fees, wait times and what the written report includes. Each assessment type deserves its own page.
Family doctors, schools and paediatricians send families your way, yet few practices give them a simple referral route. A referral page and clear contact steps make it easy for them to point a parent to you.
Parents search by worry, by assessment and by cost. Each search below needs a page that answers it in plain language.
How child and family marketing is different
Very few practices search for help with this kind of marketing, so the work is not about ranking for marketing terms. It is about being found by parents who search by concern, by age and by type of assessment, and about staying visible to the professionals who refer them. Demand for assessments also follows the school year, so wait lists swing from month to month and a good plan changes what it promotes by season. Because many of these practices combine psychologists and registered psychotherapists, the copy has to meet more than one College standard, and anything involving reviews is planned only where your College allows it.
What is included
Everything a parent needs to choose your practice, and everything a referrer needs to send them, in one plan built on local SEO, content, your Google Business Profile, your website and email.
A page for each assessment you offer, such as psychoeducational, ADHD, learning or developmental, explaining who it is for, how it works, what the report includes and how fees are handled.
Content organised the way parents think: young children, school-age kids and teens, and concerns such as anxiety, behaviour or emotional regulation.
A page for family doctors, schools and paediatricians with how to refer, what you need from them and who to contact.
Accurate services, ages served, hours and office details, so the practice shows up when parents search nearby.
A content and promotion calendar that follows the school year, so you are visible when families need you and quieter while the wait list is long.
Updates for referring professionals and practical information for families already on your list, sent with consent.
Advertising rules
A child and family practice often has psychologists, regulated by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, working beside registered psychotherapists, regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Each College has its own advertising standard.
We plan every page, profile update and email within the standards that apply to the clinicians named in it, and we link the source rather than summarise it. When a message for parents raises a question about the rules, we check with you first.
Nothing we write promises a result for a child or a family, and review or testimonial work is planned only where your College allows it.
College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
“Registrants may advertise their practices, but the advertisements must be clearly identified as such;”
College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
“6.2.1 Registrants ensure their advertising is truthful, accurate, factual, and verifiable.”
Practices outside Ontario plan their marketing within the advertising rules of their own provincial Colleges.
Why us
Parents read carefully and referrers are busy. We write for both, and we keep every claim inside your Colleges' rules.
The owners, Kevin and Guido, supervise every campaign for a child and family practice, from the first audit to each monthly report. Technical and strategic input always comes from one of them.
We research, write and publish your assessment and concern pages ourselves; none of it goes to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our own systems, AI and non-AI, handle the repetitive steps the way we would by hand, only faster. A person on our side reads every page about your practice before it is published.
Website, SEO, profile, content and email are covered together, which is how we keep a full package at a fair price instead of leaving you to hire each piece separately.
Assessment pages, referral routes, local SEO and reporting in one monthly plan. See the full list on the pricing page.

What clients say
This review is from the director of a child and family psychology practice we have worked with.
“The team at Digital Moose is outstanding. About 6 months ago, they reworked my website, and I am now reaping the benefits!! Clients are more easily able to find me online, and my rankings have improved. There is no question my business has greatly benefited from the hard work that Kevin and Guido put in. I have tried many different options to increase the visibility of my business online, and working with Digital Moose is the first time that my investments have tangibly paid off. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for web, SEO, or marketing support.”
Common questions
Many start with a search after a school or doctor raises a concern; others ask the school or doctor for a name. We cover both: pages that answer parent searches, and a referral route that makes it simple for professionals to send families to you.
Yes, for each assessment you offer regularly. Parents comparing psychoeducational, ADHD or learning assessments want to see what each includes, who it suits and how fees work, and one general page cannot answer all of that.
Marketing cannot shorten a wait list, but it can stop adding to it at the wrong time. We shift what we promote as your capacity changes, for example featuring services with open spots while assessments are booked up.
Only where your College allows it, and only in ways you are comfortable with. Many child practices prefer not to ask, and a strong plan does not depend on it.
Packages start at $1,497 CAD per month and run month to month with 30 days' notice. Ad budgets, if you use ads, are paid to the platform directly.
