Small business owners look for a bookkeeper when the pile of receipts finally wins, and they want to know what you do, who you do it for and what it costs each month. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile and website that put your firm in front of those owners all year, not only in the weeks before a filing deadline.

Why this matters
A monthly bookkeeping client can stay for years, so each one is worth far more than the first invoice. Finding them steadily, rather than in a scramble every spring, is what the marketing is for.
Software-led national firms compete hard for searches about online bookkeeping. A local firm does better on nearby searches and in the industries it already knows, where a real person down the road is the selling point.
A bookkeeper who serves every business sounds like every other bookkeeper. Pages for the trades, clinics, restaurants or retailers you already work with speak directly to owners in those fields.
Inquiries pile up around tax deadlines and year end, then go quiet. Content and email that keep working through the slow months even out the pipeline, so you are not choosing between too much work and none.
Owners search by service, by place and by price. Each search below shows which page needs to exist.
How bookkeeping marketing is different
The buyer is a business owner, not a household, and they are buying a working relationship rather than a one-off job. They care about scope, software, turnaround and a predictable monthly fee far more than a clever slogan, so the website has to answer those questions plainly. Bookkeeping is also easy to compare on price with national online services, which is why the local and industry angle matters: an owner choosing between an unknown platform and a bookkeeper who already understands their trade will often pay for the second. Many owners also dread switching, so a clear page on how you take over the books does a lot of the selling.
What is included
A plan for how owners find your firm, what convinces them and how you stay in touch through the quiet months, drawn from our local SEO, Google Business Profile, website, content and email services.
A page for each type of business you serve best, describing the bookkeeping problems you see in that field and how you handle them.
A plain page on what each package covers and what it starts at, written with you so owners can judge the fit before the first call.
Services, service area, hours and photos kept accurate, with replies to reviews, so the profile can compete for bookkeeper searches near you.
What happens when an owner moves to you: catch-up work, software, access and the first month, the questions that stop many of them from switching.
Articles on payroll, sales tax, receipts and year-end preparation, timed so they rank before the busy season starts.
A short newsletter and reminders before deadlines, so prospects remember you and current clients hear about services they are not using yet.
Why us
You keep other businesses' numbers tidy. We do the same for your marketing: a plan, a schedule and a report you can reconcile.
Kevin and Guido, who own Digital Moose, supervise every bookkeeping firm we market and check each step before it ships. Today every client is assigned to Kevin or Guido.
Pages, profile work and emails are written and built by us. We do not send any of it to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our own systems, AI and non-AI, run the routine steps we would otherwise do by hand, such as audits and reporting, only faster. We check each output ourselves before it goes live.
Website, local SEO, profile and email sit in a single monthly package, so you are not reconciling four vendor invoices. That efficiency is how we keep a complete package fairly priced.
No annual contract. You can stop with 30 days' notice, and every month you can see what we did and what came of it.
Industry pages, profile management and year-round content in one monthly rate. Email is an add-on; the pricing page lists everything that is included.

We look at which clients you serve best, which you would like more of, and how many new monthly clients you can take on.

We turn your packages into plain language owners can compare, and agree what you are comfortable publishing.
Google Business Profile, industry pages, the packages page and the switching page, on a fast mobile site.
Articles and emails scheduled around the deadlines that drive demand, so the slow months still bring inquiries.
Inquiries, calls, profile actions and rankings, with what we changed and what we plan next.
Common questions
Mostly through local searches, and through referrals who check you online before calling. A Google Business Profile that shows up nearby, a site with pages for the industries you serve and a clear pricing page do most of the work.
Starting prices or package ranges help, because owners search for cost before they call. We write that page with you and publish only what you are comfortable sharing.
On broad online searches it is hard, so we do not build the plan around them. Local searches and industry pages are where a firm with real people and local knowledge stands out.
We did not find an Ontario regulator with an advertising standard written for bookkeepers. If you hold the CPA designation, or work inside a CPA firm, CPA Ontario's Code of Professional Conduct applies, including Rule 217 on advertising, and we plan within it. Other provinces have their own CPA bodies.
Our packages start at $1,497 CAD per month. The agreement is monthly, so you can end it with 30 days' notice whenever you choose.
