People who look for a naturopathic doctor usually arrive with a concern and a lot of questions: what a first visit involves, how you approach their issue and whether their benefits cover it. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile and clear service pages that answer those questions, so the patients who book understand what you offer.
Why this matters
Naturopathic care is a considered choice. Patients read before they book, and long first visits mean a poor fit costs both of you time.
Patients start with what bothers them, while many clinic sites describe modalities. Concern pages bridge that gap when they are written within your College standard.
Searches for a naturopathic doctor, rather than a naturopath, often signal someone who wants a licensed practitioner. Your credentials and registration should be easy to find.
A long first appointment that goes unused leaves a large gap in the day. Reminders and clear pre-visit information are part of the plan for that reason.
Naturopathic searches are local and concern-led, with a benefits check before the first visit.
How naturopath marketing is different
Health claims are the main difference. Ads, social posts and website copy for a naturopathic practice need checking against the College of Naturopaths of Ontario Standard of Practice on advertising, so we write about your approach, your services and what a visit involves, and leave out promises about results. Demand is also local and concern-led: people search for a naturopath nearby or for a service such as IV therapy, which other kinds of providers offer too, so your pages have to say clearly who you are and what you do. New patients often read several pages before booking, so depth and clarity matter more than raw traffic.
What is included
Clear pages, a complete profile and reminders that protect your long appointments, built on our local SEO, Google Business Profile, content, email and website services.
Pages about the concerns you see and the services you offer, written within your College advertising standard and approved by you before publishing.

Location pages and consistent listings for your clinic and the communities around it.
Articles that answer the questions patients ask before booking, checked against the College standard.
Appointment reminders, pre-visit forms and follow-up emails, sent with consent, to help avoid missed first visits.
Advertising rules
Naturopathic doctors in Ontario are regulated by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, which publishes a Standard of Practice on advertising for its members.
We plan your marketing within that standard and check every ad, post and page about your services against it before it is published. We link and quote the College's document instead of restating it.
Nothing we publish for your practice makes claims about patient outcomes, and reviews or testimonials are only part of the plan where your College allows them.
College of Naturopaths of Ontario
“The intent of this standard is to advise Members on the appropriate and acceptable methods of advertising that may be used as a part of their practice.”
Naturopathic doctors outside Ontario follow their own provincial regulator's advertising rules, and we plan to those.
Why us
Your patients are careful readers. We write carefully, too.
The owners, Kevin and Guido, supervise each naturopathic campaign, planning and checking every step and reporting on it monthly.
All of the writing and technical work is done in-house; none of it goes to freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our in-house systems, AI and non-AI, follow the process we would run by hand, just faster, and every page they help produce is read by us before it goes live.
Site, local SEO, profile, content and email in one plan, so you are not managing several vendors. Doing the work with systems we built in-house is why the package is fairly priced.
Thirty days' notice is all it takes to stop.
Concern pages, profile work, local SEO and reporting for your practice, all in one monthly rate.

Common questions
We write about the concerns you see and how you approach them, within the College of Naturopaths of Ontario advertising standard, and avoid claims about results. You approve every page before it is published.
If you offer it, it deserves its own page, because people search for it directly. The page should explain clearly who provides it at your clinic and how, since other kinds of providers advertise the same service.
Reminder emails, a clear page about what to expect and pre-visit forms help patients arrive prepared. We set them up with your booking system where it allows.
Only where your College allows it and in ways you are comfortable with. A plan for a naturopathic practice does not depend on reviews.
Pricing starts at $1,497 CAD per month, billed month to month; cancelling takes 30 days' notice.
