Dentistry has two kinds of new patient: the family that needs a dentist accepting new patients, and the adult researching implants or whitening weeks before booking. They search differently and decide differently. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile, ads and website pages that serve both.
Why this matters
Dental searches are busy and heavily contested, with group and corporate practices bidding hard on Google Ads. An independent practice needs to choose where it competes.
People who have been turned away elsewhere search for a dentist accepting new patients, or one that takes the Canadian Dental Care Plan. If your site and profile say yes plainly, you are the obvious choice.
Many practices market general dentistry while much of their margin comes from implants, clear aligners, crowns or whitening. Those treatments need their own pages to be found.
Front desks are busiest exactly when new patients call. A call that rings out often ends with the caller trying the next practice in the list, so answering coverage is part of marketing.
Dental searches split into people who need a dentist now and people researching a specific treatment.
How dental marketing is different
Dental marketing has to run two plans at once. The first is the new-patient plan: local SEO, a strong profile, coverage information and a fast way to book, aimed at people who simply need a dentist. The second is the treatment plan: detailed pages and focused ads for the higher-value work you want more of, aimed at patients who research for weeks and compare price ranges. Over both sits the advertising guidance of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, so offers, titles and any before-and-after content are checked against it before they go live.
What is included
A new-patient engine and a treatment engine, run as one plan from our local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, website and phone answering services.
Accepting new patients, whether you take the Canadian Dental Care Plan, insurance and direct billing, emergency visits and family dentistry, all stated clearly.
Implants, aligners, crowns, whitening and the other treatments you want to grow, each with its own page, process and fee guidance.
Services, hours, accessibility, booking link and office photos kept current for every location.
Focused search campaigns for high-value treatments and new-patient bookings, with spend paid directly to Google.
Fast mobile pages, online booking where your system supports it, and a phone number that is always one tap away.
Our AI phone assistant can answer when the front desk is busy or closed, take new-patient details and pass them to your team.
Advertising rules
Dentists in Ontario are regulated by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, which publishes advertising guidelines and a practice advisory on professional advertising.
We plan your marketing within that guidance and check offers, titles and any before-and-after content against it before anything is published. We link the College page rather than restate it.
We make no claims about treatment outcomes, and review work is planned only where your College allows it.
Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
“The College created a practice advisory on professional advertising to assist dentists in understanding the legal and professional responsibilities regarding any advertising related to a dental practice.”
Practices in other provinces follow their own provincial dental regulator's advertising rules, and we plan to those.
Why us
Corporate groups have marketing departments. We give an independent practice the same coverage without the overhead.
Kevin and Guido, the owners, supervise every dental campaign: they plan it, check it and report on it. Today every client is assigned to Kevin or Guido, and technical and strategic input always comes from them.
From treatment pages to ad campaigns, the work is done by us, never by outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
We built our own systems, AI and non-AI, that follow every step we would take by hand, only faster, and we check each output ourselves before it goes live.
Website, SEO, profile and ads in one plan means you stop juggling separate vendors, and that efficiency is why the package is fairly priced.
No long-term contract, just 30 days' notice if you decide to stop.
New-patient and treatment pages, profile work, local SEO and reporting in one monthly rate; ad spend goes to Google directly.

Common questions
Usually both, for different jobs. Ads can bring treatment enquiries while SEO and the Google Business Profile build, and SEO keeps working after you reduce ad spend. We set the mix by your goals and your market.
If it is true, yes, clearly and on both your website and your profile. Patients who have been turned away elsewhere look for exactly that line.
Only if your College's guidance allows it in the form you plan to use. We check before-and-after content against the RCDSO guidance before it is published, and leave it out when in doubt.
Only where your College allows it. We plan review work around the RCDSO guidance and do not use tactics it restricts.
Packages start at $1,497 CAD per month, month to month with 30 days' notice. Google Ads spend is separate and paid to Google directly.
Other health and wellness practices we market, plus the services a dental plan depends on.
