Patients do not search for manual therapy. They search for a sore knee, a running injury or pelvic floor care, and they pick a clinic that is close, open and clearly set up for that problem. We build condition-led pages, a strong local profile and follow-up that keeps patients booked through their plan of care.
Why this matters
Physiotherapy demand is local and frequent, and much of it ends in the map results. Clinic chains and franchise brands are strong there, so an independent clinic needs to be specific to stand out.
Back pain, a rolled ankle, a shoulder that will not lift: patients describe the problem, not the technique. A page per condition and body part meets them where they start.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy, sports physio and vestibular care are searched on their own, often after a referral. A clinic that offers them but hides them in a list misses those patients.
A clinic's income depends on patients completing the visits in their plan. Reminders and follow-up between visits are part of marketing, not only an admin task.
Physio searches mix urgent booking with specialised care. Each one points to a page your clinic needs.
How physio marketing is different
In many cities, physiotherapy search results are crowded with chain and franchise clinics that have bigger budgets and many locations. An independent or multidisciplinary clinic wins attention by being specific: the conditions it treats, the specialised programs it runs, direct billing, hours and parking. Clinics that also offer massage therapy or chiropractic care can connect those services so a patient sees the whole team. Physiotherapy advertising in Ontario also falls under the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Advertising and Marketing Standard, so treatment descriptions, any patient feedback and any offers are checked against it before they are published.
What is included
One plan for the map results, the condition searches and the follow-up that keeps patients on schedule, drawing on our local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, content and email services.
Pages for the problems you treat most, such as low back pain, knee injuries or concussion care, each explaining how your clinic assesses and treats it.
Pelvic floor, sports, vestibular or post-surgical rehab on their own pages, with who they are for and how to book.
Categories, services, direct billing details, hours and photos kept current for each location.
Search campaigns for the services and locations where you have room, reduced or paused when the schedule is full.
Email reminders between visits and a check-in after the last one, so patients know when to come back.
If your clinic also offers massage therapy or chiropractic care, pages that connect those services so patients see the whole team.
Advertising rules
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario has an Advertising and Marketing Standard for how physiotherapy services and products are promoted, and your website, profiles, social posts and ads all promote them.
We plan your marketing within that standard and check treatment descriptions, offers and any patient feedback against it before publishing. We link the standard rather than summarise it for you.
We make no promises about recovery or results, and review work is planned only where your College allows it.
College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
“Patients can expect that the advertising, marketing and promotion of physiotherapy services and products is not deceptive or misleading and enables the patient to make informed choices.”
Clinics in other provinces follow the advertising rules of their own physiotherapy College, and we plan to those.
Why us
Independent clinics compete with chains on specifics, not budget. We help you be specific.
Kevin and Guido, the owners, supervise each clinic's campaign, and every audit, page and report is planned and checked before you see it.
Your condition pages, ads and emails are built by us; nothing is sent to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
We use systems we built ourselves, AI and non-AI, to follow our manual steps at speed, and then we check each output by hand.
Instead of separate vendors for the site, the search work, the ads and the follow-up, your clinic gets one complete package at a fair price.
There is no long contract: 30 days' notice ends it.
Condition pages, profile work, local SEO and reporting for your clinic in one monthly plan.

Common questions
By being more specific than they are. Condition pages, specialised services, direct billing details and an accurate profile for each location give patients reasons to choose you, and give Google more to match against their search.
Start with the conditions and services that bring your most valuable visits, such as pelvic floor care or sports injuries, and add more each month.
It can support it. Reminders, easy rebooking and short check-ins between visits make it simpler for patients to keep their appointments; the clinical decisions stay with your physiotherapists.
Only where your College allows them. We check any patient feedback against the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standard before anything is published.
Packages start at $1,497 CAD per month and are month to month with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is separate and goes to the platform directly.
