People who need a lawyer search by problem: a separation, a closing date, a dismissal, an estate to settle. We build practice area pages, local SEO, a Google Business Profile and fast intake so the right matters reach your firm and the wrong ones are filtered out early.
Why this matters
A person with a legal problem rarely has a lawyer to call. They search, they contact a few firms, and they often hire the one that answers first and sounds like it handles exactly this kind of matter.
Personal injury and large firms compete hard on Google Ads, which pushes up the cost of paid clicks for everyone. Organic and local visibility give a smaller firm a way to be found without matching those budgets.
A single page listing family, real estate, wills and employment law ranks for none of them. Each practice area needs its own page, written for the person with that problem.
Prospective clients often contact several firms at once. A missed call or a slow email reply can hand a good matter to the next firm on their list.
Legal searches are urgent and specific. Each one below needs a page that matches the problem and a quick way to reach you.
How legal marketing is different
Many of your future clients are under stress, and many will need a lawyer only once. That makes clarity the selling point: who you act for, what the first consultation involves, how fees work and how quickly someone will respond. Practice areas behave like separate businesses, each with its own searches, urgency and competitors, so the plan is built area by area. Every page, profile and ad is planned within the Law Society of Ontario's marketing rules, section 4.2 for lawyers and Rule 8 for paralegals, and anything involving reviews or client stories is planned only where those rules allow it. We write for Canadian clients, so the pages say lawyer and law firm, the words people here actually search.
What is included
One plan for being found by problem, chosen for clarity and quick to answer, drawn from our local SEO, content, Google Business Profile, website and AI phone assistant services.
A page for each area you practise, such as family, real estate, wills and estates or employment law, written in plain language and approved by you before publishing.
What the first meeting involves, how you bill for each type of matter and what a client should bring, the questions people ask before they call.
Practice categories, office hours, accessibility details and photos kept accurate for each office, with considered replies to reviews.
Each lawyer's year of call, practice focus and languages, presented accurately and checked against the Law Society rules before they go live.
Articles on the questions people search before they hire, such as what happens at a real estate closing or how a separation agreement works, reviewed by your lawyers.
Our AI phone assistant can take intake calls outside office hours, collect the basics and pass a summary to your intake team for the next morning.
Advertising rules
Lawyers and paralegals in Ontario are licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Its Rules of Professional Conduct cover the marketing of legal services in section 4.2, and the Paralegal Rules of Conduct cover it in Rule 8.
We plan your website, profiles, ads and content within those rules and check each piece against them before it goes live. We link the rules instead of paraphrasing them, and when a claim, a description of experience or an offer is unclear, we raise it with you.
We make no promises about case outcomes, and review or client story work only happens where the Law Society's rules allow it.
Law Society of Ontario (LSO), lawyers
“4.2-0 In this rule, "marketing" includes advertisements and other similar communications in various media as well as firm names (including trade names), letterhead, business cards and logos.”
Law Society of Ontario (LSO), paralegals
“(1) In this Rule, "marketing" includes advertisements and other similar communications in various media as well as firm names (including trade names), letterhead, business cards and logos.”
Outside Ontario, your provincial law society has its own marketing rules, and we plan to those instead.
Why us
Your hours are billable and should not go to web edits. We keep the marketing accurate and moving without pulling you away from your files.
Kevin and Guido, the owners, supervise each law firm we market and check its plan, pages and monthly report. Today every client is assigned to Kevin or Guido.
We write and build your practice area pages, profiles and campaigns ourselves. Work for your firm is never passed to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our systems, AI and non-AI, were built in-house to follow the steps we would take by hand, only faster. We read every draft and change they produce before it touches your site.
Website, local SEO and content are covered in one package, with after-hours answering as an add-on from the same team. The efficiency of our own systems is why a complete plan comes at a fair price rather than as four separate bills.
The agreement is monthly. If the work stops earning its place, you can end it with 30 days of notice.
Practice area pages, profile management, legal guides and reporting in one monthly rate. Google Ads spend, if you use it, is paid to Google directly.

Six steps, practice area by practice area, from the matters you want to the report you read each month.

We read section 4.2, and Rule 8 if you have paralegals, against your current site and agree how experience, fees and client feedback will be presented.
Google Business Profile, practice area and lawyer pages, consultation details and the after-hours call path.
Plain-language legal guides and location pages for the areas you want, each reviewed by your lawyers before publishing.
Inquiries by practice area, calls, profile actions and rankings, with what we changed and what comes next.
Common questions
Profile and technical fixes can show up within weeks, while new practice area pages usually take a few months to settle in search. Crowded areas such as personal injury take longer, and we will tell you plainly which areas are realistic.
It depends on the practice area. Ads can bring urgent matters quickly but are costly in crowded areas; SEO takes longer and keeps working. Many firms start with their profile and practice area pages, then add ads where the numbers make sense.
Yes. We plan every page, profile and ad within the Law Society of Ontario's marketing rules, section 4.2 for lawyers and Rule 8 for paralegals, and check each one before it goes live.
Only where the Law Society's rules allow it. Where they do, we help you ask in a consistent and appropriate way and reply on your profile; we do not use tactics a regulator restricts.
Packages for law firms start at $1,497 CAD a month, with a monthly agreement and 30 days' notice. Any Google Ads budget is separate and goes to Google.
