Nobody hands their savings to a stranger after one visit to a website. People read, compare and come back several times before they book a meeting. We build the local SEO, website, content and email that carry a future client through those visits, with every title and claim checked against the rules you work under.
Why this matters
Banks and national firms are visible everywhere. An independent advisor or planning practice needs a clear reason to be chosen, and a way to stay in touch while the prospect makes up their mind.
Banks and national firms compete hard for the broad searches. Independents do better when they are clear about who they serve, such as retirees, business owners or one profession, and where.
Compliance review slows every article and post, so many advisors publish very little. A planned calendar with drafts ready early leaves room for review without going quiet.
A prospect may read several articles and a newsletter before booking. Without an email path, many of those early visitors never come back.
These searches range from ready to hire to years from deciding. Each needs a different page and a different next step.
How financial advice marketing is different
An advisor sells advice over decades, and the decision to hire one is slow and personal. The marketing has to explain your approach, how you are paid and who you work best with, plainly enough that the right people choose themselves before the first meeting. It also works inside more rules than many fields: dealer members and their advisors follow CIRO guidance on advertising and sales literature, and in Ontario FSRA protects the Financial Planner and Financial Advisor titles. We use only the titles and credentials you actually hold, plan every piece of content to pass through your dealer's compliance review, and plan review work only where your regulator and dealer allow it.
What is included
A plan for being found, being trusted and staying in touch, drawn from our content, local SEO, website, email and Google Business Profile services.
Pages for the clients you serve best and the services you offer, such as retirement income or planning for business owners, written in plain language and ready for compliance review.
How you work, how you are paid and what a first meeting covers, the page many prospects read more than once.
Articles and emails drafted weeks ahead, so your dealer's compliance team has time to review them before the publish date.
Profiles that show only the titles, credentials and registrations each advisor holds, checked against the CIRO and FSRA pages before publishing.
A welcome sequence and a regular newsletter for people who are not ready yet, so the next touch comes from you instead of a bank.
Google Business Profile and location pages for each office, so people searching nearby find an independent advisor and not only national brands.
Advertising rules
Investment dealers and their advisors are members of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, which publishes guidance on reviewing advertisements, sales literature and correspondence. In Ontario, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority also protects the Financial Planner and Financial Advisor titles.
We plan your marketing within that guidance and those title rules, and we build in time for your dealer's compliance review. We quote and link the regulators' pages rather than paraphrase them, and we ask you whenever a title, credential or claim is unclear.
We make no claims about returns or performance, and review or testimonial work only happens where your regulator and dealer allow it.
Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
“Whether materials are considered correspondence, advertising or sales literature is determined by their content and purpose rather than how they are distributed.”
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), title protection
“You must have an approved credential to start, or continue, to use these titles, including those that can be reasonably confused with the Financial Planner or Financial Advisor title, in the province.”
CIRO guidance applies to its dealer members across Canada; the FSRA title page covers Ontario only. In other provinces, we plan to your provincial regulator's rules.
Why us
You need marketing that respects compliance, client privacy and your calendar. We plan it so review fits the schedule instead of stalling it.
Kevin and Guido supervise every advisory practice we market, from the first plan to each monthly report. Technical and strategic input always comes from one of the two.
Drafts, pages and emails for your practice are written by us and stay with us. We never pass them to outside freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our own systems, AI and non-AI, follow the same steps we would by hand, only faster, which leaves more time for accuracy. Every output is checked by us before it goes to your compliance team.
Website, local SEO, content and email in one package mean one plan and one point of accountability. Working efficiently is what lets us offer all of it at a fair price.
You are not locked in. The plan runs monthly and ends with 30 days' notice if it no longer suits your practice.
Niche pages, a compliance-ready content calendar and profile work in one monthly rate, with email nurture available as an add-on.

Common questions
Yes. We draft early, send content in the format your compliance team prefers and publish only what they approve. The calendar is built with review time already in it.
Only the ones they hold. In Ontario, FSRA protects the Financial Planner and Financial Advisor titles, so we check every profile and page against its title page before publishing.
For broad searches dominated by banks, rarely on its own. For niche and local searches, and for people researching retirement or fees, a well-built site and steady content can bring in prospects who already understand how you work.
Only where your regulator and dealer allow it. If they do not, the plan relies on clear explanations, credentials prospects can verify and useful content instead.
