Firms that grow on purpose choose their clients: incorporated businesses, professionals, a few industries they know well. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile, service pages and content that bring those clients to you, and keep them coming between April and the next year end.

Why this matters
Accounting firms have long grown on referrals. That still works, but referred clients now look you up first, and the people nobody refers to you never find you at all.
Searches for accountants pile up in tax season, exactly when the firm has no room, and fall away when you do. Marketing aimed at year-round work, such as corporate, advisory and monthly clients, fills the calendar where you have capacity.
Many firm sites list tax, assurance and advisory and stop there. Pages for the clients you serve, such as contractors, dentists or self-employed professionals, are what people searching for an accountant in their field actually find.
When a founding partner retires, much of the referral network leaves too. A search presence built now carries the firm through that change.
Some searches are seasonal and personal, others signal a business that will need you every month. The plan treats them differently.
How accounting marketing is different
An accounting firm sells judgement, and a client usually cannot assess that judgement until well after they have hired you. So the work leans on proof that can be checked, such as the designations on your team, the industries you know and how you work, rather than on bold claims. The calendar matters too: we plan campaigns for the months when you can take new work and point tax season content at the clients you want to keep. Advertising by CPA members and firms in Ontario falls under CPA Ontario's Code of Professional Conduct, so we plan within Rule 217 and check each page against it before it goes live.
What is included
One plan for being found, being chosen and staying visible outside tax season, drawn from our local SEO, Google Business Profile, content, website and email services.
Separate pages for corporate tax, personal tax, advisory and bookkeeping, and for the industries you serve, so each one can be found on its own.
Profiles that show each professional's designations and areas of focus the way you choose to present them, checked against Rule 217 before publishing.
Accurate categories, services, hours and office details for every location, with consistent replies to reviews.
Guides that answer client questions before the rush, such as instalments, incorporation and year-end planning, published early enough to rank.
Email and content pushes for advisory, corporate and planning work in the months your team has room to take it on.
Inquiry forms that ask the right questions up front, so you can see the client type before the first meeting and decline work that does not fit.
Advertising rules
Chartered Professional Accountants in Ontario, and the firms they practise in, answer to CPA Ontario. Its Code of Professional Conduct includes Rule 217 on advertising, solicitation and endorsements.
We plan your marketing within that rule and check every page, profile and campaign against it before it goes live. We link the Code rather than paraphrase it, and when a claim is unclear, we ask you first.
Review and endorsement work is planned only where the Code allows it.

Outside Ontario, your provincial CPA body sets its own rules, and we plan to those instead.
Why us
You need marketing that respects your Code, your calendar and your partners' time. We plan it around all three.
The owners of Digital Moose plan and check the work for every accounting firm we serve, and sign off each report. Technical and strategic input always comes from Kevin or Guido.
Your service pages, articles and campaigns are produced inside Digital Moose. Outside freelancers, offshore resellers and white-label vendors never touch your account.
Over time we built our own systems, AI and non-AI, which follow each step we would take manually, from audits to reporting, at a faster pace. We check what they produce ourselves before anything is published.
Website, SEO, profile and email marketing come in one package, so your partners are not managing separate vendors. Doing the work efficiently in-house is what keeps that complete package at a fair price.
There is no year-long engagement letter. The agreement runs monthly with 30 days' notice.
Service pages, team pages, seasonal content and profile management in a single monthly rate. The pricing page sets out the full list.

Common questions
By being specific. Pages for the client types and industries you serve, a clear description of how you work and intake questions that screen for fit bring in the clients you want and put off the ones you do not.
We can change what the marketing promotes by month. During the rush, your pages can steer personal tax inquiries to a waiting list or a simple form, while the off-season plan pushes corporate and advisory work.
