People choose a spa on photos, the treatment menu and how a visit will feel, and many of them are buying for someone else. We build the local SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, Meta ads and email that book facials and massages all year, and start gift card and package campaigns early enough to catch the holiday rush.

Why this matters
A spa sells two things: treatments for the people who want them, and gifts for the people buying for someone else. Each has its own searches, its own season and its own way to buy.
A treatment menu saved as a PDF or an image gives search engines very little to work with. Readable pages for facials, massage, body treatments and packages can show up when someone searches for them.
Demand for gift cards and packages rises before the holidays and around occasions such as Mother's Day. Spas that start promoting late reach buyers who have already chosen.
A facial or massage guest can come back many times a year. Emails and offers that reach them between visits matter as much as finding new guests.
Some of these people want a treatment for themselves this week; others are buying a gift. Your pages need to serve both.
How spa marketing is different
A spa visit is an experience, so the marketing has to show it: the rooms, the treatments, the people and how a guest feels on the way out. Gift buyers want packages and prices they can buy in one step, while regulars want an easy way to rebook. Med spas add another layer, because people searching for injectables and other aesthetic treatments want to know who performs them and what training they have. Where a treatment is provided by a regulated health professional, such as a registered massage therapist, a nurse or a physician, we plan that part of the marketing within the advertising rules of their College and check it with you before it runs.
What is included
Built from our Google Business Profile, social media, Meta ads, local SEO and email marketing services, with the gift seasons on the calendar from the start.
Your PDF or image menu turned into pages for each treatment group, with durations, prices if you publish them and a booking link.
Pages, posts, emails and Meta ads for gift cards and packages, planned weeks ahead of the holidays and other gift occasions.
Services, photos of your rooms and treatments, hours, and booking and gift card links, kept up to date.
Posts and stories that show the space, the treatments and the team, with offers planned around your quieter days.
Welcome, rebooking and seasonal emails that bring facial and massage guests back between visits.
Profiles of the people who perform aesthetic treatments, listing the credentials they hold, written for review against their College's rules.
Advertising rules
Registered massage therapy in Ontario is regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, which publishes a Standard of Practice for advertising and social media. For the rest of a day spa menu, we found no Ontario regulator with an advertising standard.
When your spa promotes RMT services, we plan those pages, posts and ads within that standard and check them against the College page before they go live. We link and quote the standard rather than rewording it.
Review and testimonial work for RMT services is planned only where the College allows it, and medical aesthetic treatments get the same care under the College of the professional who provides them.
College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
“Patients receive accurate, clear, and trustworthy information about Massage Therapy services, enabling them to make informed choices about their care without encountering misleading, deceptive, or undignified promotions.”
Outside Ontario, we plan RMT marketing to the rules of the province's massage therapy regulator, where there is one.
Why us
You run treatment rooms, staff and a front desk. We run the marketing calendar and show you what each campaign brought in.
Every spa campaign is planned and checked by Kevin or Guido, the owners. Today every client is assigned to Kevin or Guido.
Treatment pages, gift card campaigns and posts are all produced in-house. We do not hand any of it to freelancers, offshore resellers or white-label vendors.
Our own systems, AI and non-AI, follow every step we would take by hand, only faster. Every page, email and ad is reviewed by us before your guests see it.
Instead of a web designer, an SEO firm and an ad agency that never talk to each other, you get one plan covering all three plus social media. Doing the work efficiently is why the package is fairly priced.
The agreement runs month to month. Give 30 days' notice and it ends.
Treatment pages, gift card and package pages and profile work in one monthly rate; social media, Meta ads and guest emails are priced as add-ons.

Six steps, planned around your treatment menu and your gift seasons.
We go through your treatments, packages, gift cards, booking system and the times of year that run busy or quiet.
We check how your spa appears for spa, facial and package searches nearby, and whether search engines can read your menu.
If you offer RMT massage or medical aesthetics, we read the relevant College standard and agree with you how those services will be presented.
Treatment and package pages, gift card links and a complete Google Business Profile.
Social posts, guest emails and Meta ads mapped to gift occasions and quiet weeks, and started early.
Bookings, gift card clicks, calls and profile actions, with what we changed and what is planned next.
Common questions
Earlier than many spas do. We plan the pages, emails and ads in the fall so they are ready when gift buyers start looking, rather than in the final weeks of December.
Yes. Med spa marketing puts the practitioners and their credentials first, and treatments performed by regulated health professionals are planned within the advertising rules of their College. We confirm those details with you before anything is published.
For general spa services, yes, and we set up a simple routine for it. For RMT massage and medical aesthetic treatments, review and testimonial work happens only where the practitioner's College allows it.
For search, it can be. Search engines read text on a page more reliably than a PDF or an image of a menu, so we turn the menu into treatment pages and keep the PDF as a download if you like it.
Packages start at $1,497 CAD per month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Meta and Google ad budgets go straight to the platform, and we add no markup.
